Best Truck Driving Company To Apply at for 21 year old with no driving experience and lives in Los Angeles?

I turn 21 next month, and have been dreaming of becoming a truck driver since i was in high school. I have found companys, such as CRST, CR England and Swift. I'm not sure which one is the best for my location, Los Angeles. Doe's anyone know which companys are close by LA or which companys offer completely paid training? I just got my own place, and I am barely paying rent, so I need a paid training job for sure so I can have a smooth transition. I'm open to All Advice about truck driving or anything else for that fact too.
