Jewish idea of covenant with reference to Deuteronomy 29: 1-15?

though the chapter you deal with refers to the covenant several time, it is not defined there. it refers to the covenant (hebrew ברית) which is the law given to israel by Moses as it is defined in Exodus 34: 27-28, also mentioned in Deuteronomy 9:9-10
