Does a co-signer on a car loan have to be present or can they fax the paperwork?

it really depends on the people that you are taking the loan from. They would be the best people to ask this question to because they have certain rules that they have to follow when it comes to taking out loans, some banks/credit unions may allow it to be faxed and then again some banks/credit unions want to witness that person signing the papers.
