The "A" and "B" genes are dominant. Since Vincent's mother has "O" blood, both her genes for blood antigens must be "O". Since Vincent's mother must p down a gene, she pes down "O", but Vincent has "A" type blood, so he got "A" from his father. Thus Vincent's blood genotype is AO.
