Does anybody know how to "lock" fonts in a doent?

I don't have a printer so I'm going to print the doent (a brochure) in school. I used downloaded fonts that aren't installed in my school's computer. I can't install the fonts to the computers there either, since you have to log in an administrator's account to install stuff. I know there's an option where the fonts get "saved" and "locked" together with the doent. Just don't know how to do it. Please help!
