What is a fast, reliable, car for under 4k?

I'm looking to buy a fast, reliable, sporty car(preferably coupe but sedans work too, just as long as they have a low center of gravity) for under 4k or 5k. This will be my seventh car( though i have never been in an accident) so don't worry about safety i have plenty experience. I've already had hondas and i'm not really into them(apart from the prelude) they come across as teenager cars. I really like sharp steering and sensitive pedals. Some cars i do like are: Nissan 300zx and 240sx, Infiniti G20, Toyota Mr2, most acuras, Saab 9-3 turbo, and hardtop Mazda Miatas( kinda outta my price range though). My favorite one is probably the 300zx but its not so reliable and i cant afford another money draining and time consuming car. I will most likely keep whatever I get stock apart from a cold air intake. If you have any ideas which one would be best or if theres another better car please help me out
