What order does judicial review come in when making a law? Is there decision final? ?

The Supreme Court gave itself the right to overrule a law they consider unconstitutional in Marbury v. Madison. The only way to overrule it would be a different decision in a future Supreme Court case or an amendment to the Constitution.
